I'm running a RL-160 and it's keeping up just fine with a 20" jointer/planer, 11hp shaper, sliding saw, 16" wide belt sander, etc.... I run 6" trunk lines with 5" drops and a few feet of 5" flex to each machine, in a ~700 sq-ft shop.?

I haven't had any issues with filter clogging when running my wide belt sander, though I do clean the filters every 15 minutes or so.?
?
Mine is the 4hp 3 phase configuration with the automated, pneumatic actuation on the filter cleaning mechanism.?
?
The dual ~50 gallon bags are great, allowing me to spend more time working and less time monitoring/fussing with a 35 gallon or 50 gallon bin.?
