You can lift by using your foot or attach to an air hose and just watch it lift for you. 2000lb capacity. They make lighter ones if you want that. Additionally, I like the US made Handy Industries air B.O.B 1500 pneumatic lift table. Add a butcher block top and you have a modern workbench that is more useful than a roubo bench.?
