The weight of the A3-31 is enough to prevent any movement when work is passed over or through the machine. As a result, I leave it resting on the wheels.?

The original lever/lift actually is easier to move the machine fore-and-aft, but the wheels facilitate side-to-side movement, and they stay for this reason.
