Interesting. My nozzle is noticeably bulkier. Since Felder hardly manufactures the grease guns themselves, maybe someone in China simply sent mine the wrong nozzle. In that case, it also explains why Felder did not understand why I was unable to lubricate the bearings.

I'll try grinding mine down and see if that works. Otherwise I have to ask Felder to send a new one.
