I do not know what is staining the floor. My guess is drool from a dog. There are several locations now that have these spots. In the darker boards the spots are not as pronounced.

I¡¯ve used nothing but Rubin¡¯s special soap on the floor. The soap does not affect the spots at all.

The product is a blend of 2/3 ¡°Pure¡± and 1/3 ¡°Dark Oak¡±
?
I will reach out to the installer for recommendations.?
