Looks to me like the belt is too long, too loose and you are at the limits of adjusting the motor further away. I would remove the belt, or read what size it is and get the next smallest one and replace it. The squeaking is from the belt slipping on the drive pulley, also contributes to all the belt dust in the compartment. You can check the alignment, but with that small of pulleys and as much distance is between them, I doubt that is the problem.

Hello guys,?
I'm new here and very much happy to read the useful discussions.?
Last year I purchased the AD741 and generally speaking I'm very happy with the performance and accuracy.?
Thus, since day 1 there was a loud noise when I turn it on, I asked the technician at the time, and he told me it might be the belt not tighten enough and said I can leave with it.
Recently it got worst and for the first time I opened the machine, I saw a lot of black powder probably from the belt.?
Is there anyone knows what Is wrong and what I should do about it?
Adding some videos,?
Thanks!
