Brandon - the euro certification is one of the reasons I consider the RL. I trust the euro regulation way more than the HEPA filter.
I recently got a Dylon meter and was shocked how much super fine dust is produced by the planer.
But having said that, it only emits the air it caught, not was wasn¡¯t captured by the DC.
