Most of the amps at most of the rock concerts we used to go to are still in use and they are full of capacitors with a 15 to 20 year lifespan that have to be replaced, plus musicians have all sorts of older electronics that have enough value to be repaired and not tossed. I would try starting with someone who sells guitar amps and similar and find out who repairs them.
