LArry Long Neck - 10mm allen bit on a drill solves the problem.

I bought the 6ft long adjustable husky rolling bench and put a 4'x8' torsion box table on top of it instead of the top it came with. I use it as my main assembly table. Only problem is that the hand crank that came with it for height adjustment hits the underside of my new table top (it was built to stick out past the original top).?
Because of this, I have to put a long bit holder on a drill to turn the rod that the original handle was supposed to go into if I want to adjust height. Since this set up isn't super convenient, I find myself not adjusting the height as much as I originally thought I would.
I would much prefer a scissor lift style table with foot pedals but couldn't justify the price for my home hobby shop.
