Yes I stand corrected I was at the unavailing of the 700 series in Hall in Tirol and the major change was the new style AD rise and fall.

No, it wasn’t 2000, mine is a 2001 and it didn’t come out until about ?2003/2004 I’m pretty sure. You can easily tell from pictures, the X-roll slider is all aluminum, the pre-X-roll has a steel bar bolted all along the edge of the slider.
