Hey!
2022 felder k740 with 2800mm sliding table (xroll)
I need som help to figure out what to do about my sliding table.
I¡¯ve always gotten a curved cut when straight line ripping sheet goods. But I always thought it was my fault for not doing it properly.
But today I tried to measure the distance from the t slot to the blade at various points of sliding table.
made up a jigg til securely hold a piece of mdf to the t slot, I then cute said piece at the very end of the sliding table, then used that as a gauge to se if it would stay the same distance from the blade along the whole travel of sliding table.?
then I noticed it, it¡¯s about 0.6mm closer to the blade at the middle position, and about 0,4mm further away at the end..
I know the sliding is supposed to toe outward through out it¡¯s travel, and 0,4mm toe out along 2800mm seem good to me.?
my problem is that dip toward the blade in middle position¡?
making a slight 0,6mm curv in the center of my workpieces.
is there a way to adjust this?
