I have a miter gauge for my HS950, and it matches the image that PK uploaded, does not match what Victor uploaded. The set screws (part #13) are used to secure the bottom piece in the t-track, allowing the miter gauge to quickly drop into position. I've used mine pretty extensively, and overall I'm pretty pleased with it. It's certainly not perfect, but I find it to be serviceable....?
