¿ªÔÆÌåÓýMike, The rectangular shape of mine is not perfect either but is very close. For example, there was daylight in a corner. I cut a strip of thin packaging fabric. Made a?loop, with painters tape joining the ends. Placed?it around the rectangular saw opening and fitted the adapter. Never touched it since.
