The problem isn¡¯t the delays. Those are obviously out of Felder¡¯s control, and they are impacting all global shipping and supply chain. The problem is the poor communication, and in many cases, the complete avoidance of it. If you give someone a deadline and it comes and goes with no communication at all, you¡¯re going to piss people off.?

you guys are all correct.. all of you.. I cannot get any response from my sales rep no matter what I did. It's now a waiting game for me.. hopefully before the end of the year, I'll have my machine but not holding my breath

This also happened with me on my A3-41. I¡¯ll never buy a new machine from Felder after my experience. I¡¯ll only buy something used. Basically once they got my payment I stopped revisiting any communication at all. The sales team doesn¡¯t care about you anymore once they have your money. I could literally not get my salesperson to call me back at all. The only way delivery was even scheduled was because I called to check if the machine had arrived. I¡¯d absolutely recommend not paying anything until they tell you they¡¯ve received the machine at their warehouse and are ready to schedule delivery.?

I waited to pay in full until they had the item in the States as well. Wasn't about to give a $30k loan for free!
That sucks, I didn¡¯t pay in full until it was in the warehouse and ready to ship.
?well..I received an e mail indicating that my new Jointer/planer AD9-41 was supposed to arrive mid/end November ( I was supposed to get the demo machine from July's show in Las Vegas)? That has come and gone, so I inquired as to when I would be receiving the machine. According to logistics, it hasn't even port yet, which means its still out on a cargo ship.? So that means it has to get unloaded, clear customs, get picked up and delivered to the Sacramento facility and then a ship date sent to me. So basically after waiting almost 1 year, I'm probably looking at another several months until I get the machine, and in the meantime, they have received full payment for it..basically they got an interest free loan. it's rather frustrating but what can you do? thats my update
