Albert, That was my plan. I am fine with 110/220v but when it comes to 3PH or poking around inside a dark live machine that is worth more than me with a voltage tester I'm out.
So I called Felder and described the issue and he went to i'm going to walk you through testing in which I stopped him and said the machine is under warranty and that I wanted a tech to come out and fix it,
And the response I got was That part only has a 1 year warranty and travel time is 70 and shop time is 125 or something like that.
When I bought this machine I was told 6 year warranty on the machine and 10 yr on the Xroll.. Anyone know if that is the case and I am getting the runaround?
I am actually ok to drop a grand to get this fixed but I have a suspicion that it won't be on one trip. I told him I would call him back.
In frustration I somehow ended up on the Martin website looking at machines......Hum...

I wouldnt touch it if I were you. I dont have experience with electrical stuff as well.
I had similar issue with my SCM spindle moulder when I first started it up couple weeks ago. I tried looking up the manual for the error code but its not there, I called SCM and the tech came resolved the issue.?
