I think maybe your outfeed table is maladjusted? It should be dead level with the cutting blade when it's at top dead center. On my old jointer,? I used an inexpensive dial indicator with a wide button contact mounted to a holder on the locked in-feed table. I measured the top dead center height of the blades and matched the out feed table to the same reading.? It wasn't a spiral type cutter head, but I think the same procedure applies but I'm not positive.??
