Thanks for sharing that calibration also works in inches. I obviously do not know exactly how the SW works, but with what you shared should one not caliper the material to 0.785¡±, if using inches? Seems like it would be more accurate because 20mm = 0.787¡± and 0.785¡± = 19.9mm. I know many here likely don¡¯t care about getting down to that level of accuracy for wood.

Imran¡¯s advice worked perfect for my 941. But if you¡¯re in inches and don¡¯t want to switch to mm, you can do the same process and just mill a board to 20mm, checking with calipers, then hold the reset button, and it¡¯ll reset the number to .785.
