Yes, that¡¯s exactly what I do, except I use my laptop, rather than my wife¡¯s iPad.

Hi Alain:

Interesting to hear alternatives.

My only question has to do with the difficulty of sitting an iPad on a tripod and moving it around the shop. How do you do it?

As a solution, can an iPhone be used to shoot the video, then Airdrop the video to the iPad, and use your nifty app then?

Thanks,
Lucky

Easiest/Cheapest way to produce high quality video IMHO is to have an iPad and use Luma Fusion.?

It can do 90% of the edits I do with Final Cut Pro but the app costs about 20$ and is actually very fun to use and learn.?

And if you get one of the latest iPad, the camera is very decent to film with as long as you are in good light.?

I have a Macbook Pro laptop. I use the free iMovie software to edit the video.

When I was more of a Windows user, I purchased PowerDirector, about ($70), and was very happy with that. I actually preferred PowerDirector to iMovie, ?but I don¡¯t currently have a Windows computer.
