Re: How to Remove Wire from Brake Board Connector

Hi Mark,

I have tried pushing in the small round and pushing the little sliver of the spring loaded part back and down with no luck. One would think that the green tabs would do something but I do not want to over do it.

There is another connector for smaller wires. On that there is a slot opening in the rear. When you push the metal in the slot, the silver part pointed to by arrow comes down to push the copper color tab back.

I assume that is what needs to happen. As I write this, I wonder if the wire goes between silver top part and copper tab on bottom. In that case, I can try pushing under the wire to see if I can push copper tab back. Will try that after lunch.

Appreciate any help.
