Chris Perren's recommendations are spot- on. Be sure to get a NARROW pallet jack, regulars won't fit under many pieces of Felder kit. Mac's clamps are an "expensive option" when you are shopping/looking, but once you have them they are "essential." Don't wait, get them now.?
One more: consider the commissioning service if you are new to Felder - their documentation is not *bad* but it assumes you have a certain level of experience but there are little tricks here and there which can save you a lot of time and effort, not to mention potential damage to the goods. Next- to- lastly, get ahold of David Best's Unofficial Survival Guide. Many good hints and methods which will help, no matter which pieces you have purchased. And lastly, welcome and good luck!
New to the group. I have a delivery of 4 new machines due in 4 weeks (KF700, FB510, RL160, and Hammer A3-41.?
I am just a hobbist and am new to both sliders and Felder but after much research chose to go this route.?
With the machines due in the next month, is there any prep advice anyone could give to make sure I'm ready when they arrive? (Electrical is done and verified)
