Really nice work! Can you post the two of them together from the same angle? Besides the difference of the accent woods, the main change I see is in the arms. I personally find them to be a little flat looking in comparison on the?new version. Could just be the camera angle. Are the back splats sawn from solid, not bent lamination?

I have never built a Maloof style anything. The hand shaping seems so daunting! I should do it someday.
