I used Lee Valley piano hinges on a tool cabinet I built a few years ago.? Both doors are 24" wide x 35" tall and 4.5" deep.? I believe they are the same hinges because they measure 1.5" open and are about 0.04" thick.?
After a few months the door that has the heaviest tools did sag a little.? The sag is enough to bother me because the two doors no longer line up.? I doubt if the door itself sagged.? The door's case is dovetailed, and the applied front is frame and panel? where the frame uses bridal joints and the plywood panel is glued in for strength.
