When I got my FB600 it was terribly out of adjustment and I found I had to adjust the lower wheel tilt to get everything to work properly. I know from experience you can't follow all the adjustments suggested in forum and the online videos for bandsaws with crowned tires since Felders typically have flat tires. Like Jason suggested, check for coplanar wheels.

I'd check your wheels for coplanarity first. Not the easiest thing to do either. I found a narrower blade can handle a misalignment better than a wide one.
