Give this a go and let me know if it works.? I could understand not having inches available seeing as the Austrians/Italians hate them, but burying such a simple task under passwords and multiple parameter levels is completely asinine. If neither of those passwords work try 6860 as well.? If it doesn't work at all I have some other things you can try, It all depends on the software version of your display.
