?Well....this sucks.. Friday I was in the middle of cutting a ton of Alder 4/4 and 8/4" lumber using my Mac clamps.. I noticed that when I retracted the sliding table after straight-lining the blade was throwing a lot of shavings upwards.? So I took the blade off and cleaned it thinking the blade had build up on it.. reinstalled the blade and again, threw shavings upwards.. So I pulled the sliding table back and turned the blade with my hand, and it was not..I repeat..NOT turning smoothly..it was scrunchy..I removed the blade off the arbor and tried to turn the arbor shaft, it would barely move forward and would not turn backwards at all and I could wiggle the arbor shaft just a smidge..the bearing are shot.? I got ahold of Greg Bryson at Felder..and I guess I will be needing a new arbor (just in case my arbor has been damaged) and new bearings and whatever other parts I'll be needing to get this fixed.? Tech service as well.. Friday was not a good day for me..
