Bill, that is similar to my experience.? It did not seem normal to me for an expensive machine and I thought the awkward operation was a prelude to more serious problems, like locking up etc.? I complained about it and got a lot of pushback.? That was a little hard to counter since I am far from a machine professional.? But that kind of video is very persuasive.? I may have suggested it was going on YouTube next.? No one would buy a tool that was that cranky and Felder got the message.
In short, I think you have a very justifiable beef and I would not let the time go by to exercise it.? I don't know what jurisdiction you are in but consumers have pretty good protection in most places.?
