I suspect they are 15" as for the rest it could be any of those. A lot can depend on what the customer (which could be the dealer or a person who walked in & ordered the car) ordered IF ordered different from factory equipped for that series (in this case Cobra). Has he found the Build Sheet in the car (under the carpet, under seat springs front or back both bottoms & backs, under the dash maybe above the glovebox)? Where was this car made? I think & am fairly sure the Wide Ovals (which were Bias Ply) were still installed on the 1970 Ford performance cars but can't remember for 100%.

Radials were an Option back in 1968 & IF I remember correctly even in 1967. So it is easily possible that his car could have been Ordered with them at customers request.

Hopefully someone has more solid info on the 1970 Torinos.
