Hey Jay, yes, things are back to normal thank God. You really miss electricity especially the A/C. I've been watching the Weather Channel. They've been covering the damage. Unbelievable. Poor Ashville. It just as easily could have happened here. During francine there was some flooding in homes. My son's would have been one of them, but it was raised 4' before he bought it. (Probably after katrina). The parish and the airport had some drainage pumps not working which contributed to the flooding. Ineptness at it's best.
I'm glad your son, and Bob are ok.
