Let’s go for a walk…
Since the trails are closed until they dry out, and to warm up our muscles and get ready for our real hikes on Tuesday evening, we will meet at the West Valley parking lot near the running track this TUESDAY (MAY 14) AT 7 PM.? People can either walk on the track at their own pace for as long as they want, or come with me and walk around the University. Plan on just an hour hike. I’m looking forward to seeing people I haven’t seen since before winter. I’ll continue this walk until the first hike in June. Carol |

For those coming to the bear talk tomorrow, just a couple of notes: 1) Some of you asked about bringing food items. The menu is pizza (both meat and vegetarian) and salad. Please feel free to bring something if you would like. We will also provide a variety of drinks.? 2) Our drive can only accommodate about 4 cars. Our “overflow” parking is on West Chena Drive behind the stop sign. Drive past our drive and turn right. I will have one of our cars parked by the stop sign. Just park behind it.? See you tomorrow.
