I would love to do trivia night sometime - but it cant be this time around since I will be out of town - but if you decide to do it again, I'd be definitely up for it (there is also trivia night at Venue too - for those who are diehard trivia fans).....

Sorry, I got my times mixed up. I’m scheduled to answer phones for KUAC tomorrow afternoon. I’ll have to reschedule the hike. Carol.

We will meet at the Ester Dome Road pullout, the trailhead for the singletrack trails, at 2 pm tomorrow (Tues, Oct 24). Plan on snowshoeing 1.5 hours. Please RSVP.

Our first Tuesday of the month family friendly (and leashed dogs) trek will be around the trails at Moose Creek Bluff. For this one we’ll meet at the parking area at the base of the “spray paint mountain”. From Fairbanks head south toward Eielson AFB. After passing through North Pole and over the flood control plain bridge, the Bluff will be on the left just past the railroad overpass and it's painted with a lot of graffiti.
Bring water, rain gear and think about adding a head lamp to your pack, although it should still be easy to see without one. The sun will be setting while we're hiking but dusk will last a few hours after sunset. There should be some spectacular views!

Where: Meet at 2053 Toboggan Lane

Directions: Take Ballaine to the T with Goldstream, turn right on Goldstream, go about a mile and turn left on Toboggan Lane. Take the 2nd driveway to the left (red house, 2053 Toboggan Lane). We will park there and walk up Toboggan Lane to the trailhead, as there’s no parking at that trailhead.
