off our weekly social hikes for the summer 2022!
Each week of the
month we meet at a different local trail close to Fairbanks/North Pole for a
pleasant evening walk/hike.
The 4th Wednesday
will always be at a Moose Creek Bluff.

Time:
7PM-9PM
Where: Park at the base of moose creek bluff (graffiti rocks on the left side of the rich when heading South. Right past the flood control project. DO NOT ASK YOUR PHONE FOR DIRECTIONS! It will take you to the Aurora Lodge in the town of Moose Creek. Nice place but not where we¡¯re going to be. What: An easy hike through the trails around the trees/woods South of the Flood Project. Get some nice views from the bluff if it¡¯s clear and depending our route moose creek overlook. Gear: bring water
and bug/spray.

Distance: 4 ish
miles ~25 minute miles is typically group pace speed.
