Hi Susan,
Two things come to mind:
1. Does the person have a personal device that they could use rather than their work device?
2. Zoom has done a lot of work on the security issues that were a problem when all of this started 2 months ago, is it possible to have the person¡¯s workplace reevaluate their guidelines? To my knowledge most if not all of the things that were issues have been handled by Zoom and/or can be handled by the person running the call by changing settings.?
Here¡¯s an article that may give you some more info?
Best Regards,
Stephanie

I will soon be offering a workshop on Zoom and a potential participant asked:
" I¡¯m not allowed to use Zoom on my devices due to my workplace¡¯s security guidelines, will we be able to dial in without using the app?"
It's important in our sessions that poeple can be on camera - and join in break outs etc.... Help me understand how to respond to the question!? Thank you
