Eric, If I remember right the one for the V10P took about 20hrs to make, but
you must plan it well in advance and treat it like a production job, I do have
a mill able to take quite heavy cuts, fitted with a DRO which can save up to 30%
on time taken, and use all carbide tooling with indexable inserts which can be
driven very hard.
