I guess YAHOO is still working - however with all
the good weather perhaps most of our members are
indeed out on the water. I spent 1.5 hours on the Erie
Canal yesterday (5/30) morning and thoroughly enjoyed
the short cruise. A work crew with a derrick barge,
scow and tug were digging out a section of the canal
adjacent to a small creek. With all of the recent rain the
creek had deposited a good amount of gravel in the
Canal.<br>They gave my little Elco the thumbs up and on my
return trip I had to stop and show the boat up close. It
always attracts positive attention. <br>Hope that all
club members have been able to get out on their
favorite stretch of water. Paul
