The other day, Kim Parnell posted an email about a large quantity of electric scooters being auctioned off in Berkeley and other cities.? I didn't see any response to his email and those scooters are relegated to bike lanes.

What I have for sale is a Vespa style electric scooter that is street legal with a California license plate.
It has a ?2 horsepower (1500 Watt) motor and a 3000 Watt Kelly controller with regenerative braking.
