Just talked to doctor. Mark did fine with the procedures, had two blockages and put in two stents. He's in room now. If everything goes well, he may get to go home tomorrow or next

I've been there. A whole battery of tests all throughout the night as well.
Hopefully it is not as predicted. If it becomes longer time in hospital
maybe we can make a plan to send something to help

The increase should be specific to that location only.
I have to say, that is a ridiculous price increase, I get my 1st class done by a HIMS AME that is (or was?) on the advisory board with the FAA.

As you noted Mike, one primary cause was the helicopter altitude almost 200 ft higher than the route ceiling. ?Perhaps as responsible maybe more is the helicopter pilot reporting traffic in sight and
