Thanks for the feedback. My suggestion would be to measure the voltage before the choke and after the choke, please do these for both on load and off load it might point to what is going wrong.

I ran this circuit with the choke through LTSpice and it gives 323.2 Volts, quite close to the results you are getting from PSUD.
?
PSUD might be getting confused by the very low value or R on the final RC filter (0.75 ohms) but other than that, the results look OK.
?
When you say not enough power, what are you seeing from your real world circuit?
?
