Thanks for the guidance/idea.
So the concepts is a dirty regulator circuit for the start up and a clean linear non-regulated for the in-use period. = sounds like a great idea :-)
What I am unclear on is the process of transition, and the way to manage the balance of current draw to the dirty circuit and then to only the clean circuit?
