Hi Paul, I believe you asked about the voltage divider resistors in parallel with the series resistors. While it is a small current going through them it still presents a load on the supply. I would not ignore them

Yes, just use half the value for the capacitor and you'll have the right answer. Any ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) in the cap should be doubled.
