New to Direwolf and APRS and for some reason I can't find out why my digipeater is not receiving packets. I am beaconing just fine and can see my position on aprs.fi (Callsign KE2ATV-10) and could see the raw packets for my beaconing, but none were received, not even packets showing up in red for being unable to decode. If anybody has any suggestions or modifications I need to make to the config file please let me know.

You are not providing enough information for us to provide answers.

? ?a) Are you referring to your station is not decoding any packet, and therefore is not acting as a DIGI?
? ?b) Are you referring to your station is decoding packets but not retransmitting (DIGI'ing) them on?
or
? ?c) Are you really referring to you transmissions are not being DIGI'ed by other stations?
If c) then there are other things to consider:
? ? ? ?You appear to be using a path of WIDE1-1.? Are you sure other stations are configured with that as an ALIAS (so they will DIGIpeat your packet?
? ? ? ?Are you expecting to see something on aprs.fi with WIDE1-1 used up?
? ? ? ? ? Remember, aprs.fi will only show the information for the first time the packet is received.?
? ? ? ? ? So if the packet is sent directly to APRS-IS by setting the IGSERVER directive in your config file, that will be the only information displayed.

Maybe a little more information on your Direwolf configuration
? ? ?Are you connected to the internet directly (IGSERVER)?
? ? ?If you are setup as a DIGI, how are you setup to DIGI (DIGIPEAT)
