Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
How do you turn on FX.25 in Direwolf? I saw the -X n command line switch in the User Guide. Is that something you insert when you execute Direwolf? (i.e. direwolf -X 1) Is this worth doing? How many

Re: strange CMake warnings building direwolf
Hello Andrew, Ok.. Just an aside, the Github shows the same Git hash for the last commit on Sept 30th, 2022 but on my system using the command line git tool, I see: -- commit

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
Hello K7DMJ, Welcome to the world of HF! It's probably less of a matter of the band being dead but the propagation on then band taking your signals to other parts of the planet where there aren't any

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
I don't know about robust packet. Pretty sure Direwolf defaults to FX.25 protocol. Anyway, after I got packets through to an i-gate in WI from my QTH in UT earlier this morning, I haven't had anything

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
Seems a bit flaky. After I got those packets received by KB9PVH in WI earlier this morning, nothing has gone through. Will have to give this a try next time I do a SOTA activation, if I can be

Re: problem running Direwolf on MS Surface Go
Whatever USB or LSB, the mark and space (or the opposite since FSK300 doesn¡¯t need the mark to be the lower toner since it¡¯s asynchronous mode), they must match with 10149,2 & 10149,4 Khz¡ but

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
The VFO dial frequency and mode mean nothing, the question is: where are ¡°falling" mark & space? For 30m they should fall on 10149,2 & 10149,4 kHz To answer your question you need to know your TNC

Hi David, For what it¡¯s worth I¡¯ve been Txing and Rxing on 10147.6kHz USB recently from the Caribbean. I receive packets from several stations, some of whom are transmitting regularly. And as

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
Hi Chris, Yes, 10147.60kHz is the correct dial frequency, with mode USB. I¡¯ve been using this recently from the Caribbean. Got through to aprs.fi <http://aprs.fi/> via several stations in the US and

Re: HF APRS 30m 10.1476 MHz right dial frequency?
Yeah, 30m band (in US, at least) ends at 10.150 MHz, so 10.151 MHz is a non-starter. I just want to know if 10.1476 is the right dial frequency and whether there is any activity at all (or even any
