Re: Direwolf Issues with Mobilinkd TNC4
I received the Digirig and tested it with a handheld and the proper cable. I set the audio and it hasn't quit working. I like it so much, I ordered a cable for an old Icom 2700 to make it a permanent

Re: Direwolf Issues with Mobilinkd TNC4
Hi Rob - Thanks for the heads-up. I ordered the Digirig Mobile. Apologies for any confusion caused by my calling it a Digilink. Currently, I plan to use it at 1200 baud and perhaps one day dive into

I am confident the DigiLink documentation will give some good information on how to setup PTT. Are you referring to the DigiLink Nano interface?I did a quick look and the documentation shows it using

Re: Direwolf Issues with Mobilinkd TNC4
Agree that two TNCs makes no sense. My issue is how do you key the radio? ?Something in my direwolf.conf mustn't be right, or I need a modified cable to go between the Pi and the radio.

Re: Direwolf Issues with Mobilinkd TNC4
Just to add to WG0A¡¯s comment, in the video replies, Jason adds: ¡°Direwolf is a software TNC and TNC4 is a hardware TNC. You can¡¯t use two TNCs at the same time¡±

Re: Direwolf Issues with Mobilinkd TNC4
Direwolf, like the Mobilinkd is designed to connect to the audio of a radio and decode AX.25 packets. Rather than hooking the Mobilinkd up to direwolf, you probably want to look at an APRS program
