Somewhere on the page (usually under "Port Listeners") you should see an actual IP address and port.? I like to connect to 14580

change you connection to that.? EXAMPLE:
IGSERVER 44.10.10.10 14580
?
The issue is that it may be busy, but if you get a message that it tries to connect, that is a positive result.
