Hello Fabrizio,
Direwolf doesn't support many of the different "unique" modems that
operate on various amateur satellites.? Even if it had a compatible
modem, most likely the data being sent by the satellite in interest
is not formatting it's data into AIS frames.? It's best to use the
software that the operators recommend as they both include the modem
and the payload decode support for the specific satellite.? To find
that recommended software, start with the UK Amsat site, find the
specific satellite you're interested in, and go from there.

Hello David,
I'm preparing my station to receive a GMSK transmission for
a satellite to be launched. I have a WAV recording that has
been successfully?decoded with HS_SoundModem. I would like to
do the same with DW. I tried with?
direwolf -b AIS -r 48000
but no joy. Any support will be appreciated, Thanks and 73

Hello Fabrizio,
Yes, Direwolf supports GMSK but specifically
receive-only AIS decoding:
??
What is your specific use case?? Maybe a Dstar data
modem?
