In the past have also used:
3 different Easy Digi kits ($8), external sound card ($3) each wired for a different radio.? Connected to computer via DB-9 connector.? Supposed to be able to use a USB cable but could never get them to work.? Same software as above.? Worked acceptably well.
Run APRS pretty much 24 hrs a day with Igate connection.
