The problem services were avahi, samba, and rpcbind, along wtih CUPS.? CUPS I want to keep, and it was sending out mDNS broadcasts.? So, that's the one I filtered.
Also, I changed the filtering from the OUTPUT chain to the INPUT chain and now all is quiet.? Although I have also filtered the broadcasts on the all other network interfaes this way.? I lack any need for the broacasts, as I am on a home network, although it's still good to keep that in mind.
