Hello Mike,
How are you wiring your sound card to your radios?? What kind of
wiring (POTS phone grade wire, cat5 twisted pair, etc)?? How long
are the wires?? Do you have coupling capacitors connected between
both the radio's microphone input line and the soundcard's input
line?? Do you have any ferrite chokes on ALL ends of all the
cables?

I'll add that my mobile Alinco does not bleed the audio
through. Every other mobile I have does. Even my
commercial Kenwoods.
