That is correct with the 857. It only happens with the 857 if the mic in is connected with the speaker output of the 857. If I disconnect the mic and ptt line, all is well. Having either one or both connected cause the sound cards to hear itself. And this could be caused by the configuration I'm using. I have nothing isolating the two lines like most will do. They are connected directly to their destinations with a resistor in line to reduce audio levels.?
But it's all a headache. I'm learning, but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.?
