The valid card is 1 and my ADEVICE is plughw:1,0.

Ok... what I'm seeing here is two audio playback devices through to
HDMI monitors. ? Is this one HDMI monitor or two?? Across reboots,
do these card0, card1, card2 assignments really move around?? Do you
actively use this HDMI monitor based audio?? If not, consider
disabling it which should solve your issue.? If you do want it, you
probably only need audio on ONE monitor.? Here is a URL to
