Strange that you are seeing (and sending over RF) my posting some 1800 miles away.
These 2 lines show you send info to APRS-IS and received it back -

NOTE: your comment is missing, so must have the <CR> from the copy and paste

I think the [rx>ig] # lines are due to this line in your config:
?? ? IGTXLIMIT 6 10
?
Are you using the set IP or noam.aprs2.net?
